DELIVERY

Standard Deliveries: We have delivery in 2-5 business days within UK for all the orders placed before 6:00PM excluding the following post codes GY, HS2, IM, JE, KW16-17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-3. The orders placed after 6:00PM and/or on the excluded post codes will be delivered in 3-7 business days.

Next day deliveries: We have delivery in 24hrs (from Mo to Sa) for all the orders placed before 6:00PM excluding the following post codes GY, HS2, IM, JE, KW16-17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-3. The orders placed after 6:00PM and/or on the excluded post codes will be delivered in 48hrs.

Order Tracking

In the ORDERS PLACED section in your account and you’ll be able to see the status of your order in real time. If you placed your order as a guest, we recommend you check the status of your order via the notifications we send to your email address.

RETURNS

Most of our products are classified as being for personal and intimate use and wear, which means that no returns will be accepted if the protective packaging has been opened, or hygiene seals and other protective elements have been removed. Likewise, we do not accept returns for garments that have been worn.

Specific terms and conditions apply to the following items, due to their particular characteristics:

- Fashion Jewellery and hair accessories must be returned in their original packaging. They must NEVER have been opened or worn. Exchanges and refunds are not accepted for removable cups or bra inserts.

- Product packs (packets containing more than one item) such as knicker or sock packs etc., are considered to be a SINGLE item. The packaging must therefore be unopened and no partial packs or single items may be returned.

- Knickers, thongs and cheekies are in contact with intimate parts of the body. So this these items are not suitable to return for health protection and hygiene reasons.

In the event of any doubts regarding the condition of returned garments, the opinion of NICETOMATCHYOU.COM’s specialised staff will prevail, following inspection of the item in order to prevent the fraudulent return of products that have been worn or damaged.

Returning an Item

To proceed with this action, it is necessary to go to the “My account” section and select the items you want to return and their quantity.

After this step, you need to pack the items either in their original packaging or any other packaging suitable for that purpose (it’s not necessary to print the return receipt nor mark the items to be returned on that sheet).

Then, you will receive the courier label by email that you will need to stick onto the outside of the closed package. 

Remember, you have up to one (1) month from the date of shipment to make any returns. In addition, the refund will be processed with the same payment method used for purchasing. The refund period depends on your banking entity.

The time limit for any return is one (1) month from the date of shipment.

NICETOMATCHYOU.com returns are always free of charge.

Once your refund is approved you will receive payment via the same method as you made your purchase.

After approving the refund (the articles must be in perfect condition and be labelled) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days.

Remember that the refund to a credit card always depends on the bank.

NICETOMATCHYOU.COM reserves the right to reject refunds claimed outside the time limit or for garments that are not in the same conditions as they were received.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to change an item you must request a return and place a new order online.
